Emanuele Ferri, our head chef has been working for the past 16 years in some of the top establishments and locations around the world including Rome, London, Edinburgh, Dublin and Sydney. Alongside some of the top names in the catering industry, he has gained extensive knowledge of the International and Mediterranean cuisines as well as the different healthy cooking methods such as “Naturelle Cuisine”.

Emanuele and his team design and create nutritional and balanced meals taking into consideration our residents tastes and dietary requirements. All our meals are prepared in a traditional home cooked style and we cater for all kind of tastes and diets, the menus are realized on a seasonal basis so that the finest ingredients are used for their preparation.
